Alum Rock Islamic Centre needs urgent help of £51700 to complete following ongoing projects;

1. Carpet: £6500
2. Sound System: £2000
3. Gallery: £13700
4. Ladies Wudu Area: £7500
5. Community Kitchen: £13500
6. Adult & Youth Classes: £ 8500

Assalam u Alaikum to all my brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers in Islam. We have a pledge for all of you: please help the house of Allah.
We couldn't stay in the same state for decades. We must evolve and expand to accommodate more people and community activities as the needs of the community change. Currently, we are expanding the gallery area to accommodate more classes for Maddrassa and increase space for people to perform their Jummah prayers. The new carpet is already laid down. The cost of the carpet exceeded the amount we had previously raised for this purpose. After the Corona lockdown, the ladies circle became more active and expanded their activities and programmes. We are planning to build a purpose-built Wudu area for them upstairs. Furthermore, the Centre lacks a community kitchen that can meet the needs and nature of programmes and events; however, construction on one has already begun.
Help raise funds to have essential construction work done. We have, Alhamdulillah, begun the majority of the work, but there is still much more to be done. By Allah's grace, your donations will make a difference.
The Prophet (Sallallau Alayhi Wasallam) said: "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him likewise in Paradise." (Bukhari)
The Masjid has been fully transparent with all donations collected, and, in sha Allah, you can follow the construction project as an integral part of our community.
